mprint supports aids athens.
We’re pleased to sponsor design for AIDS Athens and their 2009/10 Annual Report. Using the symbolic red ribbon, we created bold illustrations with a local setting. Threads of red move through Athens scenes, showing how our community is connected by this disease and the work of AIDS Athens. Well-received, the design drew high praise from recipients and AIDS Athens Board members.

urban scenes in paint.
mPrint’s senior designer, artist Nash Hogan, recently completed a body of paintings based on urban scenes from Athens, Atlanta, London and Chicago. The show was featured at Athens’ favorite vegetarian restaurant, The Grit, this spring. Response was positive. Flagpole’s Brian Hitselberger wrote that Nash’s paintings are deftly-rendered, “…without becoming overburdened in detail. This lightness of touch is refreshing; several of his paintings almost feel as if they’re forming themselves in front of you.”
